You choose: we confirm availability and send a detailed quote in your company’s name, with our Terms and Conditions.
The tickets
Once paid, we buy the tickets on your behalf and stay by your side until the day of the event.
Companies: your questions
Can you issue the quote and invoice in our company’s name?
Yes. The quote, which serves as your mandate, and the invoice are issued in your company’s name and address. Just give us its legal name and billing address with your request.
Do you charge VAT?
No: Soldin Conciergerie is a French micro-enterprise, VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French Tax Code). The amounts on our quotes are therefore the amounts you pay.
Can you find tickets for a group?
Yes, we look for seats side by side wherever possible. For a sold-out event, it depends on availability: the earlier you ask, the wider the choice.
How does payment work?
By bank transfer, PayPal or card (secure SumUp payment link), only after accepting the quote. The conditions applying to business clients are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Are the tickets in the attendees’ names?
It depends on the event and the organiser. We tell you before the quote whether tickets are nominative, and we then ask for each attendee’s name.
