Once you’ve paid, we buy the tickets in your name and stay by your side until the day of the event.

Once the official box office is sold out, prices are set by sellers, based on supply and demand. We are paid through service fees, itemised on your quote.

Your questions, our answers
How can you get tickets if it’s sold out?
When the official box office shows “sold out”, tickets keep circulating: buyers who can no longer attend, tickets put back on sale. We find them through professional sellers verified and selected by Soldin, then buy them in your name and on your behalf.
How do you know your professional sellers can be trusted?
Before working with a new seller, Soldin checks their reliability in three ways. We look at reviews left about them by other ticketing players. We ask them for proof of successfully completed transactions. Finally, we ask our current partners whether they know them and can vouch for their reliability. We only deal with sellers who pass these checks.
Why is the price higher than the face value?
Once the official box office is sold out, sellers set their prices based on supply and demand. We don’t set these prices. If you’d rather pay face value, keep an eye on the official box office: tickets are sometimes put back on sale there.
Is it legal?
French law targets the habitual resale of tickets without the organiser’s authorisation (article 313-6-2 of the French Criminal Code). Soldin does not buy tickets to resell them in its own name: we act as your agent, on your behalf. We are paid only through service fees, shown separately.
What do the service fees cover?
Searching for tickets, securing the transaction, following up on your order and support until the event. They are calculated according to our fee scale and itemised on every quote.
Can I contact the seller directly?
Our partners don’t deal directly with individuals. Going through us gives you a clear quote, one single contact and personal follow-up until the event.
Are you certified?
There is no official certification for our activity. Everything is verifiable, though: company registration and SIRET number, a written quote that serves as your mandate, Terms and Conditions, an invoice in our name and public customer reviews.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, PayPal or card (secure SumUp payment link), only after accepting the quote.
When will I receive my ticket?
As with most ticketing platforms today, final tickets are often only released a few days before the event. Our partners pass them on to us as soon as they have access, and we send them to you straight away.
How is my ticket delivered?
The format depends on the event: PDF e-ticket, ticket in the official app of the box office or venue (for example Fan Wallet), or paper. It is set by the organiser and by how our partners send tickets: we cannot choose it.
